Shipping and Return Policy
¿How does our shipping work?
We currently offer shipping to United States, Canada, Spain, Mexico, Perú and Chile. Within these countries we pay for shipping, handling and tariffs on orders over USD85 or its equivalent in local currency.
Any other country we need 48 hours to confirm if there is any shipping costs and tariffs and how much should the costumer pay for that if any.
International shipping is done with 472 and orders are delivered within 10-15 workdays from shipment confirmation.
For orders in Colombia, Currucutú pays all shipping cost on orders over $85.000. On all other orders shipping cost is $10.000. Shipping is using 472 and orders are delivered 5 to 10 workdays after shipment confirmation.

Made to order, pre-ordered or personalized products may have a longer processing time. If this is the case the information will be clearly explained in the product description area.
All shipping cost will be detailed in your invoice. In cases where shipping, handling and tariffs are NOT paid by Currucutu, this will be clearly communicated to the costumer before paying for the order.
Currucutu is continuously working on improving your experience; therefore cost and policies may change without previous notice if we consider it necessary.
¿What is our return policy?
All sales are final; we do NOT accept returns because of a change in mind. Please be aware that the products may vary slightly from the pictures shown.
Returns will only be accepted because of fabrication defects, technical failures or irregularities according to each designer’s warranties. No warranty applies if there are signs of misuse or wear.
In Colombia we only accept returns or changes within the first 6 months of delivery confirmation or what is stipulated in the warranty. For all other countries we do not accept change of products, all return will be subject to a reimbursement of the money. Shipping, handling and tariffs associated with the return of the product have to be fully covered by the costumer.
Products with discounts over 20% are not subject to any return
To return a product clients have to notify Currucutu by sending an email to email@example.com to receive the return address.
The client will receive a notification when the return has been processed and the money will be reimbursed or the product replaced (applies only to products shipped in Colombia) within 30 days from notice. If payment was processed with a credit card, times may vary according to the costumer's bank.
